Overview
What is Worker Perks?
Worker Perks is a benefit program through your employer. Your employer signs up for the program, then you are enrolled to have groceries delivered to you at work! Each employer facilitates the program differently - please check with them for specifics on your program.
Is my company eligible to enroll in this program?
Your company is eligible if it is located in the Charlottesville, Va., area, and if you employ at least 10 people.
How can my company enroll in this program?
Start by completing our Corporate Application. We’ll contact you the next business day.
Can my company get a reoccurring delivery each week?
Yes. Office deliveries can be scheduled weekly or as often as needed. Once your application is completed, we'll call or meet in person discuss how we can best serve your company needs.
Is there a minimum number of employees my company has to have?​
Yes. The Worker Perks Program requires a minimum of 10 employees.
Is this service tax deductible?
As a workplace benefit, our services are an investment in your people - check with your business’s accountant or financial manager to see what tax benefits you might be eligible for.
Ordering & Delivery
What is the best time to schedule a delivery?
Worker Perks grocery deliveries are scheduled at the time that is most convenient for your company and employees. This time is usually at the end of the work day, allowing individuals to grab their groceries, beat the traffic and head straight home.
Can my company get the same delivery time(s) each week?
We understand that each company has unique scheduling needs. We’d love to talk about your company and find out how we can serve you.During your consultation, we’ll work together to find the most convenient days and times for your company. Companies can also get multiple deliveries a week. Once your application is completed, you can get the same delivery time each week.
How do employees order their groceries?
Employees will create their grocery lists using the Wegmans app or website. The completed list must be sent from a company email account to order@groceryprodelivery.com.
Pricing
How much will this service cost my company?
Our pricing model is based on how many employees will be enrolled. Complete a Corporate Application to receive a quote.
How do employees pay their grocery bill?
Two hours before the scheduled grocery delivery, each employee who sent in a list will receive a secure Square invoice in their company email. Their invoice must be paid before groceries are received.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your employees' convenience, we accept all Credit/Debit cards, Apple and Android Pay and cash.
