Overview
What is Worker Perks?
Worker Perks is a benefit program through your employer. Your employer signs up for the program, then you are enrolled to have groceries delivered to you at work! Each employer facilitates the program differently - please check with them for specifics on your program.
Can I order from any store?
To ensure we provide you and your employer with the fastest, most effective service, we partner with Wegman's to offer grocery delivery.
Will my items be fresh?
Yes! We reserve the right to edit or cancel an item due to product freshness or quality as we see appropriate. We do this to bring you the highest quality products available. If an item has been removed from your list after the order is confirmed, we will let you know which products were not purchased when your groceries are delivered.
Will my items be kept cold?
Yes! We keep cold items cold - anything such as meats, dairy, eggs and frozen items are kept in temperature cold storage until we deliver your order.
When are my groceries purchased?
Grocery orders are always picked up and delivered on the same day.
We don't have Worker Perks at my job yet - how do I sign up?
We'd love to have you in our program! Please either direct your employer to our website, or email us with your name and employer information, and we can reach out to them to enroll in the program.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Once your employer enrolls in the program, complete our Employee Registration form, then, visit our How to Order page for step-by-step instructions.
Is there a limit to how large my grocery list can be?
Yes. Fulfillment of grocery list will total a maximum of $200.00
I forgot to send my list in - can I still get groceries?
Grocery lists need to be received by 12:01 AM the day of delivery to be fulfilled.
Can I order alcohol or tobacco products?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not deliver any form of alcohol, wine, beer or tobacco products.
Can I use Worker Perks to order from Wegman's hot bar?
We do not currently deliver items from Wegman’s Hot bar.
What if I can't find the exact item I want?
If you know the product is available, ask for it! We will do our best to find exactly what you're looking for and include it in your delivery.If you can't find the product you're looking for on the grocery store item search inquiry, write in the Product Name, Product Brand, Size/Quantity and add it to the list.
Where can I pick up my groceries?
Your company will have a designated time and place where you will be able to receive your groceries.
Can I order using my personal email address?
No. All grocery orders must use your company email account.
Payment
Will pay a delivery fee for my groceries?
No, there is no delivery fee. Your company has provided this benefit to save you time and money.
How do I pay for my groceries being delivered through the Worker Perks Program?
You will receive a secure Square invoice in your work email. The invoice sent will be the total of your groceries ordered. It will not include a delivery fee or extra charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all Credit/Debit cards, Apple and Android Pay and cash.
