What is Food-Partner Delivery?
Food-Partner Delivery is an out-of-house delivery service for restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries etc. We specialize in delivery of large catered breakfast, lunch and dinner orders for businesses and residential clients.
Can my company partner with Grocery Pro to delivery my food?
Yes! If you would like us to deliver your food and your company is located in the Charlottesville, Va., area, start by completing a Corporate Application.
What hours is the service available?
Food Partner Delivery is available Monday through Sunday 7 AM to 5 PM.
What are the benefits of out-of-house delivery?
Allowing us to handle your delivers can increase revenue potential, reduce staffing and labor, new customer exposure.
How do I schedule deliveries?​
Scheduling an order for pick up and delivery is simple. Each delivery is scheduled using Google Calendar. Select the date for the delivery, then fill in the even title, time, location and any details important to the order. After the delivery is requested we'll send a confirmation email letting you know your product is getting delivered.
Can I schedule multiple deliveries in a day or hour?​
Yes! A company may schedule as many deliveries as they need. We understand that each company has unique scheduling needs. We’d love to talk about your company and find out how we can serve you.
What if items are missing from a delivery?
Upon request, if an item is forgotten we'll come back, pick it up and take to the customer.
Is setup available for deliveries?
Yes. If set up is needed with the delivery, we've got it covered. After we receive the Corporate Application, a representative will call or meet you to discuss how we can best serve your clients and company.
How is the food transported to delivery location?
Our drivers will arrive at pickup location 30-45 minutes prior to delivery time. Orders must be ready pickup 30 minutes ahead of delivery time. After driver arrives a pickup location, they will load the packed orders and deliver as scheduled.
Can we take payment for delivered orders?
No. Our drivers do not carry cash or receive payment for delivered orders.
How do I start using this service?
Fill out a Corporate Application. A representative will call the next business day to talk with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your company's convenience, we accept check and all Credit/Debit cards.
